Infused Labs is an Infused Media LLC company. The “JumpStart” service provided by Infused Labs is a monthly subscription service. Alllogos, domains, databases and website related items created and hosted byInfused Labs remain property owned by Infused Media LLC until 12 concurrentmonthly payments have been made to Infused Media LLC. After 12 concurrentmonthly payments, you the ‘client’ will have the option of requesting all saiddata to be transferred to you with no penalty, even if you cancel yoursubscription after the 12 months are completed. All payments are final and non-refundable.
If your form of payment is declined and/or you fail to makepayment.
i. Prior to completing 12 concurrent monthlypayments as agreed upon.
a) PayPal may attempt to charge your card 2 to 3days later. If after 15 days of failing to make a payment, your website will godark and we will retain ownership of all intellectual property, designs anddata until you have paid the full amount owed.
ii. After completing 12 concurrent monthly paymentsas agreed upon.
